Naked Cakes

In the course, we focus on the ideal cake batters, dedicate ourselves intensively to the bases and fillings that require a specific consistency for stability. We explore various variations from completely naked to semi-naked and various spreading techniques. As always, there are instructions and the finished naked cake to take home! Lunch is included.

What the choux pastry puff is in Austria, can be found in France as a playful and elegant version called an eclair! In the course, we focus on the intricacies of choux pastry, fill our eclairs with various delicious creams, and decorate our sweet creations afterwards in colorful and diverse ways.

Macarons

Anyone who has ever tried making macarons knows: these little divas can really test your nerves! Our nerves were often on edge as well, but after 9 years of tinkering and cursing, we have now identified every conceivable source of error and are happy to pass on this wealth of experience! Together, we bake macarons in different colors and fill them with creative creams! And if one or two macarons don’t meet our expectations, there is a glass of sparkling wine to calm our nerves!
